I pull up to this Burger King with my son and an employee runs out of the restaurant to her black Tahoe and smokes. She's looking over to make sure I didn't see her, but I did. In her black Tahoe, was another employee in there apparantly sleeping. I went in to the restaurant and I didn't see anyone. The woman outside smoking out of her truck runs in and tells them that I'm inside. By that time, I'm disturbed, and walk out. The employee lady that was smoking runs out and honks her alarm so the sleeping employee can get out of the truck. He comes out as if he was asleep with his pants undone.

Very unprofessional staff and I will never go back there: owners need to check their staff and management. This certainly gave your franchise an awful and disgusting look.

I'm not sure what happened. A couple months ago, this was the place to go for a nice, quick, fast-food meal. Since then, everything seems to come out half-assed, poorly cooked, genuinely disgusting. Flavors are off, not fresh at all even though the last two visits I was asked to pull to the front to wait for the food to "come out fresh." Even down to almost every time I've been there, my drink was wrong. Last excuse was "Sorry, we were out of plain Coke so we substitute with Diet." Sorry, but Diet Coke is nasty, and I'd rather have the choice of what I get Substituted.
